I first met Madison and Kyle for their engagement shoot in Riverside Park, and was so excited to see and photograph them again on their wedding day at Brooklake Country Club!  First, they look like they belong on a magazine cover, second, they’re so comfortable being their loving selves in front of the camera, and lastly, they’re not only trusting, but collaborative–in short, they’re so fun to play with!

Madison and Kyle’s relationship is such a beautiful one to watch from the sidelines. Before they were even married, their love stood the test of “in sickness”. Madison sadly had a life-threatening illness in the months before she met Kyle. After they began dating, Madison had to have major surgery. Kyle stood by her side and took care of her the entire time. His devotion is unparalleled; their bond is beyond strong.

The day at the picturesque country club was a perfect one. The only unwelcome surprise was actually something perfect; a sprinkling of magical rain during our portrait session. It was like a little rain cloud was passing through and saying “hello, I am here to drizzle some good luck on you!”

The ceremony was both fun and incredibly heartfelt. Even though they’ve weathered heavy storms together, there is a lightness that shines through when Madison and Kyle are together. When they look at each other, there is palpable trust, faith, and humor, and these qualities clearly radiate to their family and friends. The wedding had a sort of perfect balance about it–emotional, warm, exciting, and fun!

Madison and Kyle, you two are so meant to be and it was such a joy to capture your wedding and spend the day with you! I wish you all the happiness in the world!
